After inquiring with the attendants at the Woodhouse Lane Car Park, I unfortunately won't be able to produce my human stop-motion animation on their site due to security reasons. Although it's advertised around the higher floors of the car park, the attendants working in the reception cannot supply any written permission to me. Although they don't have this authority, they did mention on the quiet that if I was quick and didn't tell anyone that I could take the photos I needed. Because I'll be staying in the car park for quite some time, I've wisely decided against taking photos there. This mainly comes down to the fact that CCTV operates on each floor, and that my activity of taking photos continuously could be misinterpreted by security, even if I' am accompanied by one or two other people.
It's a shame that I can't really fulfill my plans of making my animation in this particular car park, but from now on I should find a similiar location in which I can gain permission from.
If all else fails I'll be tempted to change my setting completely, and potentially re-write my plan so that it can tell more of a story.
